What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number and anything you write about your goals or health history. We also collect anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about the assessment or guide you requested, to send occasional emails you can unsubscribe from at any time, and to improve our services. We never sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, a member of our team may call or text you about your assessment, scheduling and training. We don't send marketing texts without your permission, and we never sell or share your number for others' marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us and we'll stop.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics uses cookies. Because we run ads on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), we also use their tracking tags to measure which ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who've visited this site. Those companies may use cookies under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Google and Meta account settings.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email and customer-management tools, and only to the extent needed to serve you.
